Currently we except Visa, Master, Discover & American Express Cards and PayPal to pay for the order. You can use ATM card only if it is connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. No, we do not charge sales tax. Shipping cost is determined by the shipping option selected and the package weight. US shipping is being handled by UPS and USPS. International shipping is being handled by USPS only. To find out exact shipping cost you need to add the item of your interest to the shopping card and enter your destination to our shipping calculator. Make sure all of your information provided is correct: items, sizes, and the shipping. If you need to make a change or cancel your order you must contact our representative at 1.800.506.3757 as soon as possible. Once your order shipped you must wait for delivery. Once delivered you can return the item(s) back, yet shipping & handling cost will not be refunded. Yes, you can return you order, as long the returns guidelines are being followed. Read our Return & Exchange Guidelines for more information. Message "Contact us for availability" means that the item has a low quantity level, yet it could be on the back order due to arrive shortly. You can place an order for such item and in case of some availability issue our representative will contact you within short period of time. We do ship Worldwide! If one of the items you have purchased from us is on the back order than the status of your order will be ON HOLD. You have an option to cancel your order at any time. Our on-line inventory is being updated frequently. If we have an issue with processing your payment than the status of your order will be PENDING. The cause of this can be the following: incorrect billing address, state or zip code provided or security code provided doesn’t match the one on the card. For international transactions in some cases additional verification required in order to process the order. Your order can be canceled for many reasons:

• 1. We were unable to process your payment.
• 2. One of the items from your order is out of stock.
• 3. We were unable to fulfill your order by the requested time.

CostumePlanner.com has right to cancel the order at any time. Once order has been canceled full refund will be posted back to the customer's credit card. Every year beginning September 1 until October 31 we are in block-out season, and because of an extremely high volume of transactions the order processing might take up to 6 business days, plus delivery from PA warehouse. Make sure you plan in advance to receive your purchase in time fo event! Delivery schedule/deadlines for Halloween orders as follows:

• 1. International - October 15
• 2. US PO, APO - October 15

Orders placed after above disclosed deadline have no guarantees for Halloween delivery.
